Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern business enquiries, artwork approvals, ordering, and delivery for promotional merchandise supplied by HERUNO Merchandise (“HERUNO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By requesting a quote, approving branding proofs, or placing an order with HERUNO Merchandise, your organisation agrees to these terms.

1. Minimum Order Quantity & Pricing

Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom branded products (such as HERUNO HALO) is 100 units unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

2. Custom Branding & Artwork Approval

All custom branding is subject to artwork review. Prior to production, a digital branding proof showing logo positioning, sizing, and color representation will be provided for your review.

  • Production will only begin after receiving formal written approval of the artwork proof from your organisation.
  • Standard branding setup fees apply (£20 per artwork setup unless otherwise specified).
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights and permissions to use all submitted trademarks and logos.

3. Payment & Order Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed upon order quotation. Full payment is required before production commences, unless custom credit or payment terms have been formally agreed in writing with our sales team.

4. Lead Times & Delivery

Standard lead times are up to 2 weeks from the date both artwork approval and agreed payment have been received. Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith; we aim to fulfill all orders promptly to meet project deadlines.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the bespoke, custom-branded nature of HERUNO Merchandise products, orders cannot be cancelled once custom production has commenced. Defective or damaged items may be replaced or credited in accordance with statutory rights.
